Over our careers, we’ve both seen how long-lasting solutions to complex problems often come from the people that use and provide services, in direct collaboration with decision-makers.
From our base on the south coast, we work with clients in London and across the South East.

Vikki Pearce is an experienced programme manager specialising in service improvement and commissioning. Vikki has worked in health promotion and public health for over 20 years, specialising in sexual health and HIV, service redesign, commissioning and service user engagement.
“Having seen many project reports sit idle on shelves and not result in any change or improvement, a crucial part of the FIPP process is to work with senior decision makers and commissioners to address project recommendations and agree action plans.”
John Isitt has more than 24 years’ experience of working in the insight, behaviour change and co-creation field. John has worked with both commercial and public sector bodies, helping them reframe their understanding of their service delivery, the needs of their population, and inform programmes of change.
